QUALIFICATIONS/DUTIES

• Elementary Curriculum or Elementary EL Paraeducator with 5 years experience in CVS.
• Current working experience using SIPPS.
• Utilizes SIPPS consistently/frequently in current role.
• Ability to effectively train others. 
• Must teach intervention groups using SIPPS Extension, Challenge, and Plus during the 2023-24 school year.
• Will participate in SIPPS coaching by an out-of-district SIPPS trainer in order to ensure delivery of SIPPS intervention is accurate and consistent with training received.
• Will provide SIPPS training for any newly hired Elementary Curriculum or Elementary EL Paraeducators beginning in the 2023-2024 school year on a rotating basis with the other SIPPS Paraeducator Trainers.
